  1. Set the instant pot to saute, and brown the beef cubes in olive oil (I had to do it in two separate batches). Then remove to another dish.
  2. With the pot still on saute add the onions and carrots and cook until translucent. Add the diced beets, marjoram, bay leaf, tomato paste, beef broth and beef cubes back into the pot.
  3. Set to stew for 35 minutes. QPR
  4. Add the cabbage and set to High pressure for 5 minutes, QPR
  5. Then stir in the garlic, parsley and dill. Serve ladled into bowls with a dollop of sour cream.
